The Weddinglope

Porcelain Manufacturer Rosenthal needed to find an innovative way to deliver vouchers for tableware, Germany’s first choice wedding gift. This resulted in the Weddinglope, an envelope made of porcelain which has to be smashed to get the voucher.

A reinterpretaion of an old German tradition: smashing porcelain on the wedding day is said to drive away evil spirits.
