Rosenthal needed to find an innovative way to deliver vouchers for tableware, the world’s first choice wedding gift.
We created an innovative new packaging: the Weddinglope. The first envelope made entirely from porcelain. What makes it so special is that the wedding gift, a voucher for tableware, is sealed inside. To get to the voucher, you have to smash the Weddinglope. This act of destruction is actually an elegant reinterpretation of an old German tradition where such an act is a traditional way to wish the newlyweds luck. The noise, they say, drives away evil spirits.

Bottles in the shape of vintage chemists’ bottles establish the connection to washing agents while the typography and formal style fully invoke the world of fine scents. Available in two scents: Figue pour femme. Olibanum pour homme.

CLEAN THE OCEAN is a biodegradable household cleaner that not only avoids plastic waste but also helps to remove it from the beaches and the oceans. The cleaner itself has no unique features, but its packaging and its sales idea make it unique: It’s the only household cleaner that also cleans beaches and oceans.
A large amount of the revenue goes to the CLEAN OCEAN PROJECT, which removes plastic waste from coastlines and the sea.
To reduce plastic waste it comes in porcelain bottles that may be used as vases when empty. The bottles are replicas of plastic bottles in colours that reflect the marine ecosystem: Coral, Blue, Seaweed and Turquoise. Fine porcelain, clean lines and modern design mean the empty bottles don’t end up as waste in the sea, but as vases on your table.

The photo gallery LUMAS makes upmarket art photography accessible and affordable. The packaging for photo prints and gift vouchers was developed for the galleries from New York to Amsterdam. The reduced design draws attention to its subtle details. It pays homage to the draft paper filing cabinet where collectors keep their treasures.
